Orders placed with online payment are shipped the next working day and are typically delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are first confirmed via a phone call and then dispatched the same or next working day.
We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays during normal business hours. To ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition and in the shortest possible time, we ship through trusted courier partners.
Shipping Charges:
- Rest of India (other than West Bengal):
Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1100 and Rs. 70 will be charged as shipping charges if the order value is below Rs. 1100. - For West Bengal:
Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 600 and Rs. 50 will be charged as shipping charges if the order value is below Rs. 600.
Our prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), and Miora Store is fully GST compliant as per the Government of India. GST is already applied to the product total for all orders within India.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Express Delivery for Online Paid Orders: Orders are usually delivered within 3-6 working days in major cities.
- COD Orders: COD orders require confirmation via phone before dispatch, and they typically take 5-7 working days.
Please note that for remote locations or areas where courier services are not available, the recipient may need to pick up the package from the nearest delivery center.
Damaged or Tampered Packages:
If you receive a product in damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team immediately. Contact us at support@miorastore.com with your Order ID or call us at +91-9051415141 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
We will arrange a reverse pickup of the damaged product and ensure a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact when returning the product.
